Large length of flexible anode cable

This product has soft structure,simple installation , flexible investment, long-time service life, environmental protection.

This product is called the anode cable which is different from other cables, it is not in the transmission of electrical energy for the purpose, but serves as an anode to protect buried metal container and metal pipeline in use process from electrochemical corrosion, it can well protect metal containers in a complete metal pipeline corrosion protection system,, metal pipes from soil in acid, alkali, corrosion, greatly extend the metal container and metal pipeline life, so some people call it the cable shape anode.

 

It is divided into two types :

AnodeFLex-c-16: 16mm2  toner filling type flexible anode cable

AnodeFLex- 16:    16mm2  non-toner filling type flexible anode cable

 

technical performance of product:

conductor DC resistance when temperature is 20°C: Rdc≤1.24Ω / km.

 

The conductive properties of polymer extrusion:

In 20 °C polymer volume resistivity ≤ 1.5 Ω.Cm, semi conductive polymer.

 

 

The main physical and mechanical properties: Tensile strength elongation ≥ 12.5MPa, breakdown of Elongation ≥ 250%.Acid and alkali corrosion resistance of plastics to meet the GB/T11547-2008 "liquid chemical properties" requirements.

 

The carbon content more than 99.7%.In 20 °C volume resistivity ≤ 0.4 Ω.Cm.
